The Friends of Human Relations Jim McEntee Legacy Committee announced that two distinguished community college students have been named as recipients of this year’s Jim McEntee Memorial Scholarships. Each student will receive $1,000. The scholarships were established to encourage and support Santa Clara County community college students in their efforts to continue their education at a four‐year college or university.
“These students embody strength, courage, and determination to overcome incredibly challenging individual obstacles while also making a difference in their community,” stated Ann McEntee, Chair of Friends of Human Relations.
